The following Terms and Conditions are entered into by and between You and The First Time Entrepreneur Ltd (“Company”, “we”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Thefirst-timeentrepreneur.com and any subdomains (“Website”) and any and all training courses, coaching, consulting or other services (“Services”) that we make available through or detail on our Website.

By using this Website or using our Services you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Company’s Privacy policy. Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully before you start to use the Website. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions and/or the Privacy Policy you must not use this Website or any Service provided via it. Use of the Company’s Website and Services is expressly conditioned upon your assent to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, to the exclusion of all other terms.

For as long as the Company continues to offer the Services, it shall provide and seek to update, improve and expand the Services. As a result, the Company allows you to access the Website as it may exist and be available on any day and it has no other obligations, except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions.
The Company may modify, replace, refuse access to, suspend or discontinue the Website, partially or entirely, or change and modify prices for all or part of the Services in our sole discretion. All of these changes shall be effective upon their posting on our site or by direct communication to you unless otherwise noted. Your use of the Services following such posting or communication constitutes your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions as modified. If you no longer accept the modified Terms and Conditions, you must cease using the Website.

Registration and Membership

Portions of our Website may be viewed by any Visitor. A Visitor can register to see our free resources. Registration on our website is free once you provide your name and email address. You will need to purchase a Training Course or other Service to become a Member. If you are a Visitor, you agree not to obtain unauthorised access to areas of our website reserved for Members.

When you purchase a Service you will be required to provide your name, a valid email address (which will serve as your user name), a unique password, and other information to ensure we provide you with the most appropriate information and resources. If you are registering with the Website as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to legally bind that entity.

Once the Company has sent you a confirmation e-mail you will become a Member giving access to the particular Service you have purchased. You may cancel your Membership at any time by going to your account.
You must provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself and update the information when it changes. If any information provided by you is not true, accurate, current and complete, the Company has the right to cancel your Membership and refuse any and all current or future use of this Website. The Company’s use of your information is set out in the Company’s Privacy Policy.

Please keep your user name and password confidential as you will be fully responsible for all liabilities arising in connection with your password’s use (or misuse), whether such use or misuse is with or without your knowledge or approval. If your user name or password is subject to unauthorized access, you should immediately inform the Company. The Company may, for security or other reasons, require you to change your user name and/ or password or other information which facilitates access to this Website or its Services. We have the absolute discretion to cancel your username/password at any time if we suspect it is being used by an unauthorised person.

The content on the Website is aimed at an adult audience over the age of 18 years and we cannot guarantee that all content on the site will be suitable for minors. You are only permitted to register as a user of this site and post comments if you are aged 18 or over. If you are aged 13 years or over but under the age of 18 you must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before registering on the Website. The First Time Entrepreneur Ltd cannot and is not required to verify the age of users of the site.

If, for any reason, we believe that you have not complied with these Terms and Conditions, we may, at our sole discretion, cancel your access to the membership and registration areas of the Website immediately and without prior notice. We may terminate your registered account, at our sole discretion, by emailing you at the address you have registered stating that the agreement has terminated.

Payment & Refunds

The charges for the Services are set out in our pricing on the Website or will be detailed in any contract the Company issues to you. You will be charged in advance. Details of charges and methods of payment are shown in the sign-up process. Charges are in Euros.

The Company does not store any credit card information. Credit card information and details are passed through to, and stored by, our payment gateway. We are not responsible or liable for any problems that arise as a result of credit card information being misused after it has been passed through the payment gateway.

When you purchase the Services you are given full access to that training course or Service so as you can imagine it is not possible to provide refunds, regardless of whether you complete the Service and regardless of circumstance. It is therefore important that you review the description of the Services in advance to ensure that it meets your requirements before making payment.

We endeavour to describe and display the Services as accurately as possible. While we try to be as clear as possible in explaining the Services, please do not accept that the Website is entirely accurate, current, or error-free. From time to time we may correct errors in pricing and descriptions.

You will be responsible for withholding, filing, and reporting all taxes, duties and other governmental assessments associated with your activity in connection with the Services.

Use of our Website

When using this Website, you must not do any of the following:

If you post, email, upload or otherwise provide content, you are entirely responsible for it. We operate a “take down and notice” procedure. If you believe that any content is defamatory, profane, sexually or racially offensive or discriminating, harassing, threatening, obscene, pornographic, false, unreliable or misleading or otherwise objectionable, or infringes intellectual property or other legal rights please notify us immediately. We will investigate each matter notified to us and will act in our sole discretion.
If you post content which is found to be in breach of these terms, we reserve the right to deactivate your username and password to prevent you from further access to our website as a Member.

Termination
